Dr. Ben Lloyd
DDS
Dr. Lloyd is proudly a Utah native. He studied Biochemistry at the University of Utah and attended The University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry. While in dental school Dr. Lloyd was selected by his classmates as the recipient of numerous accolades in both pediatric dentistry and restorative sciences. Prior to attending college he spent two years in Taiwan as a service missionary. During this time he learned to speak Mandarin Chinese. He is passionate about furthering his dental education and using cutting edge technology to more efficiently help his patients. Dr. Lloyd is not your average dentist! He’s got a fun personality that will keep you laughing even after the laughy gas ends. He likes to spend his free time with his family and pet lizard. He has played guitar for over twenty years and tends to an impressive collection of exotic houseplants. If he wasn’t a dentist, he’d probably be a cowboy.
Dr. Kenneth Milne
DMD
Dr. Kenneth Milne, originally from Sandy, Utah, has a rich background in both education and service. After high school, he embarked on a two-year church mission in Paraguay, where he became fluent in both Spanish and Guarani. Dr. Milne graduated with honors from Utah Valley University, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Biology. He then pursued his dental education at the Louisville School of Dentistry in Kentucky.
During his time in dental school, Dr. Milne was honored to be selected for the prestigious Health Professions Scholarship Program with the U.S. Navy. He served for two years at Camp Pendleton in San Diego, California, where he provided care to Marines and Sailors. While there, Dr. Milne completed his residency and earned his Certificate of Advanced Education in General Dentistry. His training included specialized education in oral surgery, complex restorations, root canals, and digital dentistry.
Though he and his wife fondly recall the beautiful beaches and amusement parks of Southern California, they are delighted to return to Utah, where they can be closer to friends and family. Outside of the office, Dr. Milne enjoys playing golf, tennis, and basketball, and spending time outdoors. He also cherishes moments with his wife and their three wonderful children.
Dr. Todd Vincent
DDS
Dr. Vincent is a dedicated dentist and business owner with a strong passion for cultivating an environment where his team thrives. He believes that a happy and compassionate team is the key to providing exceptional care to his patients. Dr. Vincent takes great pride in building a practice where both patients and staff feel valued and supported.
A proud Utah native, Dr. Vincent grew up in Brigham City before serving a religious mission in Guatemala. He earned his dental degree from Creighton University School of Dentistry, where he honed his skills and passion for providing high-quality dental care.
Outside of the office, Dr. Vincent is a devoted family man. He and his wife are parents to five children, who keep their lives full of love and activity. An Eagle Scout, Dr. Vincent enjoys spending his free time camping, boating, and woodworking, reflecting his deep appreciation for the outdoors and hands-on craftsmanship.

Hands down the best experience I have EVER had at the dentist! Not only is the staff GENUINELY friendly, knowledgeable and supportive.. the entire process from booking the appointment to leaving the appointment was easy, quick and painless! I was able to get in right away for the exam, cleaning, and all of the work done (fillings) same day and within 2 hours! I felt like an actual patient rather than a new client having to listen to different sales pitches in order to get a treatment plan. It was a one and done deal with a follow up appointment and cleaning in 6 months!.. Which I am actually looking forward to instead of dreading it like I usually do. The dentist is incredibly gentle and kind with your comfort being his number one priority. I highly recommend this office and dentist! If you’re debating on whether or not to book an appointment here.. don’t hesitate .. you will thank me! :)

Dr Milne did a fantastic job! Six months later I needed a crown done on another tooth. Again, Dr Milne did great work. I felt no pain during the entire procedure. Jocelyn also did a fantastic job adjusting my bite afterwards. All of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Salt Flats Dentistry.

Just never enjoyed getting numbed and most of the time, still felt pain. I scheduled an emergency appointment because I had an abscess tooth and was needing a root canal for a while. I held off because again, hated the dentist. The team got me in, took some x-rays, and scheduled me to come back a couple hours later. This was one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. The numbing was easy and didn’t hurt. The entire procedure was painless and fun! Chelsea and Dr. Milne were cracking jokes and making the time fly by! Normally, after getting a root canal, you need to come back for the crown. They were able to get it all done in ONE DAY. I was seriously impressed. My pain was gone, I could finally eat again, and the crown fit perfectly. Seriously the best experience. Went back for a regular cleaning and Emma and Leah were super awesome with the clean, informed me of how to take good care of my gums and teeth, and have another appointment scheduled. Appreciate the great environment they’ve created here and the comfort they bring to someone like me who has anxiety about dentists. Love Salt Flats. Forever a customer. 🙏🏽
